  • Noël à travers les livres. Pedagogical guide based on ten chlidren's and young adults' literature French and Francophone books on the theme of Christmas (1994) 
  • Évangéline. Translation of an English CD-ROM on Cajun culture in South Louisiana. (1994) 
  • Échantillon d'activités pour le Minitel. Pedagogical guide with sample activities to show how to use the Minitel in a French classroom. (1994). 
  • Collection of children's and young adults' French and Francophone literature. In partnership with the Bureau du Québec, the Communauté Française de Belgique, the French Cultural Service in New Orleans, and the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, the FEP donated more than five hundred (500) works of French and Francophone children's and young adults' literature to the LSU Libraries. Today, this collection, which now numbers more than 2000 volumes, thanks to additional gifts from French and Francophone governments, represents a unique corpus of literary works found in American university libraries.
  • Kit ou Double Vidéo. A 35 minute video accompanied by a 60 page teachers' guide for use in elementary school French classrooms. (1992) 
  • Kit ou Double. A collection of supplementary classroom activities accompanied by drawings and an audio cassette with songs, and poems. The total package is presented in the form of a binder allowing the teacher to organize it, to take out any file, and also to add activities whenever necessary. (1990) 
  • Teachers' Pedagogical Guide to France Panorama, a 50 page booklet which accompanies the quarterly videotape France Panorama. Includes a variety of activities to help teachers use authentic video in the classroom. (1988-1993) 
  • La Plume du Tigre. FEP Newsletter published four times a year and distributed to the 1200 Louisiana teachers of French. (1987-1992)
