OUTREACH The primary goal of the French Education Project is to improve the teaching of French and francophone cultures with special emphasis on the Louisiana's francophone heritage, its culture and history. This entails responsibilities and involvement in outreach activites on two levels: local and international. Some of these activities are clearly international or local, some involve both international and local partners.
