Dr. Yiping Lou , Program Coordinator
Associate Professor
Lou's major research interests center around the effects and factors moderating technology-mediated instruction and collaborative learning, including: Individual and small group learning with technology, distance education, online teaching and learning, between-group collaboration, learning community, project-based learning, scaffolding, feedback model, and evidence-based technology integration.Methodology-wise, Lou conducts both empirical research and quantitative research synthesis. |

Dr. Pamela Nicolle
Director, User Support and Student IT Enablement
Dr. Nicolle is currently the Director of Academic Technology Services within Information Technology Services at LSU and has been at LSU for ten years. She directs the Faculty Technology Center in 109 Middleton Library and other academic technology emphases on campus. She completed a previous 20-year career in both public and private school classrooms. Her Ph.D. is in Educational Leadership and Research with a Specialization in Educational Technology and her research interests are in the areas of faculty professional development and effective adoption methods of seamless technology integration.

Dr. Kennedy has a degree in Educational Research with measurement and statistics as an area of specialization. He teaches courses in measurement, research design, and statistics. His current research is focused on estimation of school effects

Dr. Taylor has a background in school reform and educational reform. She teaches courses in supervision of instruction, administration of personnel, organizational research, leadership of learning, school improvement, and action research. Her current research focus is on school improvement planning.

Dr. MacGregor has a background in educational technology. She teaches courses in educational research, research methodology, and program evaluation. Her two areas of research interest are understanding the psycho-social factors related to using computers in diverse learning environments, and understanding how computers are effectively integrated into school based learning communities. |

Dr. Keena Arbuthnot earned her PhD in Educational Psychology with a specialization in Educational Measurement and Applied Statistics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. After completing her degree, Dr. Arbuthnot spent two years at the Harvard Graduate School of Education as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Lecturer. She is joining the Research and Policy Leadership division in the Department of Educational Theory, Policy, and Practice as an Assistant Professor. |
