I will be implementing my unit in a 3rd grade Science class at Polk Elementary. The students of this class have never had lessons on circuits and electricity. The students seem to learn well by using hands-on materials. This unit is great for these students because they actually get to manipulate the outcomes of the circuits by using the tool kits provided to each student. By the end of this unit, students will understand Electrical Circuits and also know how to make a bulb light. |
