only material that is considered appropriate to a school setting
and educational use.

Proceedures for Technical Support

- Students should first direct any technical problems to teachers in class and gain approval before attempting to trouble shoot. Failure to adhere to this policy will lead to serious consequences and restricted user privileges.
- Teachers should only attempt to troubleshoot problems or give approval to students to trubleshoot problems which they are familiar with and competent in solving.
- Please dont take chances with troubleshooting! If you don't have the competence and ability to handle a technical problem, please contact the Tech support team or help desk immediately for help. you can reach the Tech Support team by email or Phone (1-800-TEC-HELP)
at anytime between the hours of 7:30 Am and 4:30pm everyday from Monday ~ Friday .
- Don't attempt to do any sofware and hardware changes or installations without consulting with the Tech Support team. A violation of this policy will lead to the locking up of your computer instantly after disregarding the notice on the screen " You Do Not Have Administrative Rights to perform this Opereation."
