WELCOME TO LOUISIANA!!!

Although it is not the biggest state in the united states, it is one of the richest in culture.  Many books try to teach you about the culture of places like this, but you can’t experience a book the way you experience a place when you visit.  Thanks to technology, however, we can help bring a little bit of Louisiana to you.  Each week, we will concentrate on a different one of the four sensory “S”s—sights, sounds, smells/tastes, and physical sensations.  You will have message boards to chat on, you may work together on much of your homework, and in the end you will all throw an epic Mardi Gras party.  So dive on in, and laissez les bons temps rouler
