Follow these steps to add special effects and graphics to your page on the computer:
  • Open the CD to the video presentation of special effects and graphics.
  • After you watch the video, click on the Captivate programs that will take you through the steps of inserting graphics, adding special effects to pictures, and typing on a path.
  • Once you have watched this program, you need to open your new page 45-46 and complete the following items:
  1. add at least one graphic to your spread.
  2. create a shadow for your dominant picture.
  3. make one of your pictures a circle picture. Type some text around that circle picture.
  4. Print your changed layout and turn it in.
  5. Don't forget to save your new work.
  • The class will review as a whole with an online game. Click the game link to the right for early access.
  • Finally each class member will take a quiz. The link to the right will be active only when the entire class is ready.
