The integrated  lesson plan which you produce will be evaluated using the following rubric.  Please use it to self-assess your lesson before you implement it in your classroom.  It is meant to measure the following objective of this instruction: 

"When choosing a topic related to their content area, the learner will            design lesson plans incorporating suitable Internet sites."

Rubric for evaluation of lesson plan

Excellent Satisfactory Unsatisfactory
Instructional objectives are clearly stated using action verbs and stating observable outcomes. Objectives are broad or outcomes not easily measured. Objectives are unclear with no measurable outcomes.
Sequencing of the lesson is logical and effective for transfer of learning. Transition through concepts and transfer of learning may not be clear Sequencing is confusing; does not provide for transfer of learning
A strong connection to the standards and benchmarks is evident Some connection to standards and benchmarks is mentioned Relationship to standards and benchmarks is nonexistent
Teaching procedures and strategies add color and variety to assignment Strategies are routine and may not support the purpose Teaching strategies and procedures are incongruent with the lesson plan
Internet resources are adequate and appropriate. Only a few resources are included or the resources do not "fit" well with lesson Internet resources are missing or inappropriate for the lesson
The plan for assessment addresses all of the objectives The plan for assessment addresses only some of the objectives The plan for assessment does not measure any of the stated objectives
